28 grams sugar per bottle plus lots of saturated fats . I just make my own using raw Cocoa powder and Stevia / monk fruit sweetener. Very delicious but buying these in bulk on Amazon is giving in to temptation.

Good price at £1 each. Think the cheapest I've seen them is like £1.40 per bottle in shops and they're really nice as well
