Good spot, but I can't find any reviews for this, so puzzled how this page is rating it as 4.6/5 from 593 Amazon reviews. Especially as Amazon itself doesn't have any reviews or scores for it.
The price tracker shows it used to be £150, but has only existed on Amazon for a couple of weeks, and looks like nobody bought any at the higher price - which is far too high for an unbranded/unknown blower. £50 makes it cheap if it's good, but expensive if it's bad.
Feels like a risky punt. Thanks for posting anyway.
Murray currently have one for £60 including 5ah battery, with lots of actual reviews. (Can't post a link, but worth a search)
