This innovative 8-year-old whisky is part of our cask-finished series. Created by our Master Blender, Stephanie Macleod, it’s made using a blend of up to 40 single malts and grain whiskies. They’ve been aged for at least 8 years, and then double aged. Finally, they’re finished in genuine ex-Caribbean rum casks for up to 6 months. The result is a whisky that is full of unexpected flavours. It begins with classic notes of apples, caramel and biscuity cereal. But then the Caribbean touch joins in, bringing notes of brown sugar and tropical fruits. The combination is a light-hearted blend with a smooth Caribbean finish.
