Only a 4GB tablet, the other 5GB is just virtual memory i.e using storage. Very dishonest to put 9GB in the banner of the tablet in my opinion. Using storage for virtual memory means a huge number of write cycles which will prematurely age the storage and can lead to early failure.
Real ram only 4gb .I had so bad experience with this brand as I bought phone 
full of virus 
baked in stock ROM many years ago.
