It's a sophisticated blend of spirits from three unique stills: a wooden Enmore two-column, a French Savalle four-column, and a Port Mourant double wooden pot still. This rum exhibits a rich amber hue and offers a captivating aroma profile featuring sugar, honey, banana, toffee, raisin, and sultanas. The palate enjoys a rich, ripe, and balanced flavour that transitions into an elegant and dry finish.
