Care and use:
- Before using for the first time, remove all packaging and hand wash in warm soapy water, drying thoroughly afterwards.
- Hand wash only.
- Always dry thoroughly before putting it away and storing.
- It’s oven safe at 230°C/450°F/Gas mark 8.
- Lightly grease ovenware before each use.
- To remove burnt on food leave to cool, then soak in warm soapy water.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scourers, this may damage the surface.
