How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator Cook time: - 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C Cook time: 20 min. - 1 hr. 25 min.
Gas 6
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging, including plastic cap.
Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 20-25 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
For a medium cook, reduce time accordingly.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C Cook time: 25 min. - 2 hr. 30 min.
Gas 6
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging, including plastic cap.
Place onto a roasting tin and cover loosely with foil.
Cook near the middle of the oven.
1 hour 35 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 50-55 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
For a medium cook, reduce time accordingly.
