Intel Celeron processors are very old and very slow! This device is not worth the price at all and you would really regret buying it!
How does the laptop get around the 8GB limit of the processor to have 12GB of memory? This processor performs about the same as my tiny Celeron N4120 laptop. It's an older Celeron but has a 10W TDP rather than 6W so roughly they work the same give or take.
I love my Celeron N4120 and find it fast enough but that is after installing Windows 10 LTSC and debloating it as much as possible I've always gone through changing as many options as possible from the default to performance settings. After that it performs fantastically for a tiny little laptop and I get a minimum of about 9hrs with performance settings, upto 14 hours in standard settings.
The point is unless you are prepared put the effort in to maximise performance settings and use a cut down operating system it will be slow.
The battery life on this computer will likely not be as good, its a bigger screen, higher resolution screen, more power hungry chipset and has more memory so lots of extra energy requirements.
