My partner just tried it and worked, did you follow the link? If you follow it and sign in on your laptop, it should tell you if you are eligible or not (meet the T&C's). Sorry if it doesn't work for you otherwise

but a free £10 is a huge amount of money to my family, all clubbed together that's £50 of stuff they've got this week already.
Just downloaded app for the first time followed instructions & placed order but didn't work for me either.
i tried this and it didnt work. It said i'm eligible and everything but when i signed into the app there was no link that came up to "claim" it.
This is active again but maybe for certain accounts. I was offered it on one of my several Amazon accounts.
