Wow a blast from the past, probably a perfectly usable chromebook but 16GB of storage is the lowest I've seen in a long time and the Celeron processor is a very old model. Still a usable laptop I'm sure for light browsing, media and some office work. However considering the age I'm guessing system updates with new security patches are likely stopped or soon to be stopped. So a bit more risky to use.
Exactly as BonzoBanana has said, this Chromebook stopped getting updates in June 2022 so I wouldn't recommend getting this in any way

It was released in 2017, and was budget spec at that time, so even without the security concerns it'll be woefully underpowered in 2024 with hardly any storage (remember that storage has to hold the operating system and apps too)
Avoid imo, and actually overpriced considering the above - they're trying to get rid of old stock
