The GPU is about 5 Teraflops but mobile chipsets are notorious for underperforming a bit compared to desktop GPU's as they are typically a little compromised in design to reduce power plus they are thermally and power restricted. So 5 Teraflops in a laptop is not normally the same as a desktop PC which has access to more power and better cooling. It's slightly below the performance of a RX 470 in the real world

The other issues with gaming laptops is typically very high fan noise when playing games, ridiculously low battery runtime and reduced reliability due to a very small but very important cooling system. When it fills with dust or starts failing the laptop can start being problematic.
