After opening, the colour of the meat will return after two or three minutes. There may be a slight odour present, which will disappear after ten minutes. This does not affect the eating quality of the lamb.

CarolNettle Is there a limit on ordering? I know that Asda would only allow you one
When Morrisons is selling Leg of lamb at £6.49 kg reduced from £13 kg. Not sure where Morrisons is from but Sainsbury's is from England and New Zealand. Our 2.75 kg leg of lamb was £17 and some pence which we bought today
kloddy2001 Morrisons originated from Bradford in West Yorkshire. But it’s one of the most expensive supermarkets there is. Their Bakery and Fresh Meat & Fish are usually top notch…. But most of their other own brand stuff is naff quality and costs more than other stores.
Then again, it’s not as bad as their Cafes! Cold filth served by grumpy old battleaxes!
Good deal if you have a Nectar Card, but it’s cheaper at Asda at the moment. Sainsbury’s is £6.50/kg and Asda is only £5.70/kg.
Fatabelly yes true , I save the Nectar points so it’s prob as broad as it’s long lol
CarolNettle haha yeah me too. But Asda has their own loyalty scheme. Not as good as Sainsbury’s unfortunately and you don’t get product discounts like Necatar.
The funny thing is that the Asda deal has actually been posted on the site….Yet Latest Deals are pushing the Sainsbury’s deal for some reason?? Maybe they are getting sponsored as they have before?
Well fat belly was just comparing deals as these are the reasons we use this site. Morrisons must have really rattled your cage. I shop at most supermarkets and choose to what and where I buy. Maybe you are just unlucky, hope you enjoy your superior priced lamb. And of course Superior quality.
kloddy2001 only the old dinner ladies have rattled my cage lol.
And of course, yourself like anyone else can shop wherever they want. Personally I stick with Asda or Sainsbury’s, as I can get everything I need without being ripped off ;-)
Sainsbury's must have changed since my post as it clearly stated when I looked £26 / £13 with Nectar card. Wish I had known about Asda but I can't be everywhere. Thanks for info.
