Every block of Seriously Strong Extra Mature made at our creamery in Stranraer is typically matured for 14 months, then carefully selected by our cheese graders for its full-bodied flavour. Made from pasteurised cow's milk. Suitable for vegetarians. Seriously Strong Extra Mature is Red Tractor assured, and one of the largest buyers of milk in Scotland, producing the finest quality cheddar every year.
