Confusing description states i3 in one place and Celeron in another. It seems likely to be a very low power laptop but with a big screen and reasonable battery life. The only way this will run at reasonable speed is debloating the operating system. Also a big screen like this makes its portability more difficult yet if you are using it in the home you would be better off with a more powerful laptop as there will always be a mains socket nearby. I use a laptop with a 11.3 inch screen for taking about, tiny laptop that only weighs about 1kg and can last up to 16hrs although I have it set for high performance so get about 8 hours.
