Good price but if you select energy monitoring ones for £2 xtra those are much better

I bought these last time they were on offer. One stopped working. Responds tp Alexa but the power (physically) no longer turns off. Tried support but no response. Maybe unlucky but when I googled the issue a few responses came up mentioning faulty relays in the units.
