we've just bought a Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro, after looking at lots of reviews. I know this deal is a lot cheaper, but the Bissell is great, and the reviews were excellent. It seems that a lot of people had issue with Vax's customer service when they had problems/issues with their cleaners breaking etc.
I bought a Bisssell carpet cleaner last from Amazon and can't wait to use it, hopefully it will do what it says on the box. Would have bought this one though if I hadn't already picked one up.
