Aldi is set to reinforce its position as a leader in value shopping by lowering the prices of more than 40 of its most popular items. The new prices, effective from tomorrow, include reductions of up to 17% on a variety of everyday essentials, such as coffee, tinned soups, and pet food. This latest initiative follows Aldi's recent accolade from consumer group , naming it the Cheapest Supermarket of the Year for 2023. Aldi was also recognized as the UK’s Cheapest Supermarket for 11 months in 2023, including December.
