IKEA Shoppers Discover Secret Section With Deals To Save You 98%

Image

Deal Hunters, the buzz in the money-saving community is all about the “Circular Hub” at IKEA. This section, which many don't even know exists, is a gold mine for grabbing hugely discounted products. Sam Walker at The Sun reported that the “Circular Hub” is a spot in IKEA where you can pick up ex-display or slightly damaged items at rock-bottom prices.

Located usually by the tills in all UK IKEA branches, it's where products get a second chance at life. Instead of being recycled, sent to landfill, or donated, they find their way to your homes for a fraction of their original price. One shopper snagged a set of blinds for just £1.29, which originally cost £69. That’s a whopping 98% discount!

But there's more, folks. The Circular Hub isn’t just in physical stores. You can also search for these discounted items online and reserve them at your local branch. However, remember, you have a 48-hour window to collect the reserved items, or they’re gone. And if you’re thinking of returns, the usual IKEA rules apply, which is a generous 365 days for most items.

Here's the cherry on top: IKEA’s buyback scheme. Trade in old IKEA furniture for store credit! From bookcases to small tables, if they’re in decent condition and fully assembled, IKEA’s got you covered. However, items like sofas, armchairs, and glass-containing products are not included in this scheme. To get a sense of what you can trade in and the potential store credit, check IKEA’s website. For instance, a pristine Billy bookcase can fetch you £40.

To access both the Circular Hub and the buyback scheme, you'll need to be an IKEA Family Card member. But, signing up for it is a breeze and comes at no cost.

Tom Church, Co-Founder of shopping community LatestDeals.co.uk commented, "IKEA's Circular Hub is an innovative way to ensure products get a new lease of life while offering shoppers amazing discounts. A win-win for sustainable shopping and savings!" So, Deal Hunters, it's time to hunt down those deals and save big on your next IKEA haul!
