What Are You Looking To Buy On Black Friday?
Money Saving
The last big discount day before Christmas I think. What are people looking out for and hoping for a big discount on?
I've just noticed my air fryer that was £59.99 at Amazon when I bought it a few months ago which I paid £50 for as there was a £10 bonus on buying a amazon gift card for £60 is now priced at £80.99. Looks like they are getting ready for a £20 discount on Black Friday
I want a nutri bullet 600. It's down to 49.99 at mo, I suspect it won't come down anymore so I'm considering jumping now tbh. The fear of missing a better deal is the only thing stopping me.
Glitterandgold I know that feeling, trying to work out when is the best time to purchase. Sometimes it was better to buy early and sometimes it was better to have waited.
Glitterandgold hi darling. Im going for it. Dont think it'll come down maybe 2 or 4 quid. However well have ours. Good luck now go get it xx
PamelaHugh65680 Yes, think your right. Seems to be the going black Friday price everywhere, so mine's coming today
Pfs Yes its probably going to be 90% fake deals and 10% real deals as is the norm with Black Friday.
aaaaaa8 My mother is also looking for one. She has a Medion microwave which is really aggressive in the way it cooks. If you cook porridge it just goes all over the inside where as my Sharp microwave cooks smoothly and evenly in comparison. So I guess she will be looking for a Sharp or Panasonic microwave the brands that actually seem to do decent quality microwave ovens rather than a generic cheap Chinese microwave that has a brand slap on it like the Medion.
A bulray player ours has just packed up and a coffee table and see whot else takes our fancy
paula050761 we got these last weekend for my youngests room in the charcoal colour, have to say for the price they are brilliant

janphoenix51 You have passers by staring in the window of your living room? Is that a terraced house? I've always hated the idea of a house where the pavement is right outside not that I'm saying you have that but it just makes me think about how much I dislike the idea of that. I remember going to a council house where they had a shared path at the front and the rear so once people had wandered past the front window you could count about 40 seconds before they were wandering past the rear window (block of four or five houses). Very irritating it felt like you were under siege.
Personally I would just get the TV that is the best size for your room. People spend so much time watching TV that it's worth getting something fairly decent if you are going to rack up 1000s of hours watching it.
BonzoBanana ....It was a joke saying we don't want to advertise our wealth!
I remember walking past a council house near the school our daughter went to with a friend & seeing a huge TV on the wall, you couldn't miss it!
My friend remarked that the children wore short trousers to school & that the money would be better spent on proper fitting uniform instead of a huge tv.
janphoenix51 Yes some people's priorities are different. I remember years ago when I was unemployed perhaps back in the 80s in the dole queue a man and his partner were smoking like a chimney and well dressed but the children with them were in rags practically, heavily worn clothes. Even to this day I remember it as it was such a surprising and uncomfortable sight.
Will be looking to see if any of the toys that we want for our sons Christmas are cheaper and possibly the whisky we buy for my mum.
I have never shopped on Black Friday as I feel some of the stores are basically having a mass clear out of stuff they can not shift. Not all but some.
I’ve not used yet but PriceHistory and PriceSpy websites let you see whether you are getting a real bargain or not. Has anyone used these?
A new waterproof coat, some new trainers and then not really sure after that. Will see what’s on offer and catches my eye
