So apparently burned toast as well as other chard food may cause cancer , I actually like well done toast ect...I'm doomed lol

Yes but do you really eat it burnt? I would scrape it all off before eating. Try not to burn in fist place 😅. I’m sure the odd one won’t kill you. Well done is not burnt so think you’re ok!

martinlufc5637 It happens to me sometimes M, especially if posting a yahoo story, i try to avoid some links to certain newspapers , especially when they ask you to pay and subscribe to carry on reading the article

I heard this mentioned decades ago, so not new news.

There's always someone who will say that this or that is bad for you. I take all the scaremongering with a pinch of salt and get on with my life.

Yes undercooked food can cause cancer too, as can the ingredients in bread, possibly the butter or spread you put on it and whatever you put on top of that to give it its flavour. Also if you eat too much of it you may get obese which is a cancer risk or not eat enough and have malnutrition that is a cancer risk too. Maybe also the electrical fields generated by the toaster are a cancer risk or the laptop's electrical fields that you used to write this Latestdeals post?
