Double Zips on Cases Bags Etc,

Ask a Question

Does anyone hate double zips on cases bags or any item where one zip is perfectly adequate. I see no reason whatsoever for two zips not even for the purpose of locking them together because if anyone wants to steal the contents then surely they would steal the bag and cut it open in their own time.

Have to say I like them on a suitcase - it may well be easy enough to steal the case itself and open it at leisure, but it's also a way of deterring less than honest airport workers from helping themselves.

I don't have a problem with them. It's not something I have ever really thought about but I actually find them useful on suitcases.

Isn't it so one zip is for normal closing and the second allows extra suitcase room to expand and therefore fit more inside. That's the only type I have seen.

Lynibis i think they mean on backpacks etc when they could just have one zipper but instead have two. I never saw the point of it either tbh
