As managers goes the lady is in the same catergory as Sir Alex Ferguson and Pep Guardiola .Her achievements are amazing and in womens football and I do love the lionesses but like Chelsea if you finish above them you win a title and the USA in women's football are the same .Beat them and you win titles and cups so good luck Emma Hayes and thank you for increasing the awareness and love of women's football.
stuartsmith544 thanks so much for a great reply.....totally agree with everything you've written but if there's one thing that does annoy me is why ain't the ladies being paid even a 10th of what the professional male footballers get paid.....the ladies train as hard, travel as far, and some are even having to pay out for childcare, but you won't hear any of the ladies complain as they enjoy playing so much...and like you, all the best EMMA HAYES OBE !! Bonnylass3 I keep on hearing the argument 'why aren't the women paid the same as men', and the answer is simple. Women don't generate the same income/sponsorship as the men do. I don't know how many times this has to be explained.
So she gets an obe yet the likes of Tyson fury ect... are overlooked, it makes no sense
