What's Your Favorite Biscuit?

Other

Just for fun. What's everyone's favourite brand of biscuits? I love a bourbon or a double chocolate 🍫 cookie

Behlsen dark chocolate biscuits but I only buy them on offer as expensive normally. Sainsburys dark digestives are acceptable and cheaper but they have definitely got smaller. I prefer dark chocolate. Second choice shortcake petticoat tails.

I just like biscuits - not fussed which brand! The more chocolate on them, the better. Tried the new white chocolate digestive this week and was disappointed by how little chocolate they had.

Still ate them all though! Image

Whatever is cheapest, I don't have a favourite brand of biscuit. I always just buy the supermarket own version of biscuits. Can't say I have a favourite type of biscuit either.

My all time favourite is the caramel chocolate digestives, especially when you dip them in a hot drink and they melt a bit

jms19 I don't get why people dip biscuits in hot drinks. My partner does it too. Nice crisp biscuit, made soggy with tea/coffee. Each to their own. Same as I don't understand why I make nice crisp fluffy Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes and then people put gravy on them, May as well just do mash! Oh well!

clairrobins74 i agree no one likes a soggy biscuit but if you dip one for just the right amount of time it doesn’t go soggy it just gets a little bit wet. There’s an art to it, if you dip for too long you risk losing half your biscuit on your drink

jam45 ....I don't eat those, only the Dark Chocolate or I have an occasional Oatie which is the Aldi equivalent of an Hob Nob ..

Try other supermarket own brands then decide between Mcvitties & home brands...

janphoenix51 Chocolate rich tea biscuits from any supermarkets does not appeal to me. I only brought it because some people were praising it. Right now I am stuffing my face with Cadburys chocolate fingers. Last week Tuesday I paid £1 per pack with my Clubcard (I only brought 4). Yesterday the price was back to its usual price of £1.70 So I went to Asda instead and stock up on the Cadbury's fingers for £1.25 each (expiry date of July 2024) x 10.

Can't beat a dark chocolate digestive or a Rocky straight from the fridge. Bonus points if the Rocky is all chocolate and no biscuit inside.

I love nearly all biscuits (except malted milk, which are rank, I can't think of another I don't like). However, they are very moreish and I can easily eat an entire packet throughout the day. Consequently, they are not bought very often! Viennesse biscuits dipped in chocolate which melt in the mouth are yummy. Wish I had some biscuits at home now. Doh!
