CarolNettle they didn’t get to benidorm. The flight was cancelled. So they ended up staying in aberdeen and going out there and came back home and went straight to the pub and wer out all day again.
I got up at 10.30

CarolNettle yes the flight was canceled. Some of them went home but some of they checked into a hotel, of course my one stayed I’m ok, Ive had a sore head. But apparently it’s a side effect of the patches. I’m going to bed soon I’m shattered tonight. Did you get the lean 2 back in order ?
heatherduthie yes all ship shape finally, it looks like a room now, we put our dinning table and chairs . I’m really pleased with it, and we got a calor gas fire out there too. How are the patched working? You feeling less stressed??
CarolNettle I think they seem to be helping. I don’t feel like I want to murder anyone at work anymore. I feel a lot calmer. But my head is sore and I’ve an awful taste in my mouth. I’m still not sleeping and I’ve still got the flushes but it’s early days. I will see how I go with them.

How long is your daughter coming home for ? She is going to Malaga with you isnt she ?
heatherduthie yes she coming with us , can’t say when she is going back tho!! Well let’s hope they keep on improving love. It’s no good you being like spring coil .
CarolNettle tell me about it. I think I lost my 
at work everyday for the last month I’m surprised I still have a job easy seen no one wants to work there or I’d have gotten the sack.

CarolNettle yes, I made a start. Removed all the tomato plants from the beds, still have some jobs left, nice to get on top of things. Hope you've had a lovely weekend x

30miles a month is not gonna be to strenuous so all is good

CarolNettle it was very liberating muting it all. He ok youngest got tummy ache now. Was also great when Monday and Tuesday rota came through with no grey. (I'm grey, terrible colour too dull)
