Where Can I Get a Good Deal on Lego?
Ask a Question
My friends son loves lego and its his birthday and Christmas coming up so looking to get him some Lego. I don't want to be spending a fortune on it, plus I need to post it to her, so don't want anything massive either. Does anyone know where is best to look for deals? Happy to do in-store and online, just need to know where to look.
MelissaLee1 I know! I want to get it for him as he loves Lego but all the ones I'm seeing still seem quite expensive. I've looked for 2nd hand ones but need the boxes and most don't have them.
Try Zavvi or Smyth's as they sometimes have sales on Lego & you could get it delivered directly to her asking her to wrap it for you.
beccatavender that's a good idea, didn't think to get it delivered. Will have a look on Smyths and Zavvi. Thanks
What sort of age is it for and any particular type of lego? You could take a look on Amazon and have it delivered directly to them or try Argos as their quite good too.
MrsCraig That would be a good idea to use some Nectar points, i've just had a look on Argos and there's quite a bit of Lego currently in the sale.

I don't think the link will work but plenty tp ttake a look at in Argos.
I’ve seen a few deals recently from argos & amazon but as you say it is not the cheapest thing to buy. Just keep an eye out here cause people have been posting some lego deals
My daughter loves Lego, we have purchased all ours from Amazon, I have found they have all the best deals
martinlufc5637 I will have a look on there too. I don't want to buy him anything too big and I need to get 2 so another reason I don't want big ones.
Unfortunately, Lego is an absolute rip-off, so even things on sale are going to be expensive.
One of the biggest scams of all time.
TheChimp They can be fun to build although the prices Lego sets go for are pretty bizarre.

Almost £300? Yikes. And the car looks like it's been part of an accident.
The other deals website has a lot of users who spend plenty of money on Lego sets.
And one for £350 @ www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/brand/marvel/lego-marvel-super-heroes/lego-marvel-76210-iron-mans-hulkbuster-armour-set/p/215770
PhilipMarc £350 for a set of Lego is just crazy talk. That would buy me a week's beer and cigarettes

This is currently on here on the deal section and if you scroll down it points to other offers too.
I personally just buy knockoffs from AliExpress. They're fun to build.
Ain't no way I'm spending £100 on Legos.
PhilipMarc This is what I've started doing.
Recently completed a 9090 piece Titanic purchased on Temu, cost me £110, as appose to the £600 odd Lego want.
