Step 2: Claim Your Reward
After you have earned enough points (see above) you need to claim your reward. Please read the following guide:
How Long Does it Take To Get My Reward?
After you have claimed an Amazon reward, please allow up to 5 working days for the Amazon reward to be processed.
Where Does The Reward Get Sent?
Your reward will be sent to the email address you have on your Latest Deals account (see email address).
When the reward is processed, you will receive a notification on the day it was sent. The notification will also say which email address it was sent to.
After your reward is sent, please allow up to 48 hours to receive it.
Please check your spam and junk folders. Often Amazon emails end up in here.
I Have Not Received My Reward
If your reward on your dashboard says "Received" but you have not got it, that means we've processed it but for some reason, you don't seem to have received it in your email inbox. We can send the reward again.
Please send us a message via our contact form.
We will ask Amazon to re-send the voucher, or send it to an alternative email address.

Hi Tom, do I have to reach 15,000 points to get £10 voucher? ( I had £5 already for 5,000 points) wondered how it worked.

Go to your dashboard. Once you have reached 5,000 points you'll be able to claim your first reward. It's a yellow box with a link underneath. Click it.

Hi Tom i got to 15,000 points and its said ive had my voucher but not yet received it and was wondering when i long it would take to be processed to my amazon account
A lot of people complaining they aren’t getting their rewards lately don't know what's going on
Haven’t recieved my 5,000 points voucher. I have notification to say it’s been sent but nothing in email/junk folder. Does it come from amazon or latest deals?

The voucher should come from Amazon with a message from us
Paddywil1 At first glance it doesn't look as though you have shared anything to get points on but there could be something wrong. Have a look at the guidelines under the 'More' banner and check that you are clear on how to share. (if you have shared deals, comps or anything else then use the contact form and fill out a private message so that they can sort it more quickly for you)
What on earth has induced you to put your address on a public chat forum. As angemski has said please edit it out immediately.
You must have seen who the competition was sponsored by when you entered so why are you asking here. Members of this site post comps and deals for others to benefit from, the site itself could not possibly run comps via all the companies that do!
