Help - Where Are My Points?

This article is for if ALL your points seem to have vanished. The total number. Like you can't see any of them...

Q: Hi, I signed up to LatestDeals.co.uk and my points went up. Now when I use a different device, or the Latest Deals app, my points have disappeared. Where are they and can I get them back?

Q2: Hi, where are my points? They have disappeared.

Possible Answers:

A: On each device you use LatestDeals.co.uk you will need to login. Or, if you are on the Latest Deals app you will need to login too. For the website, you can login here.

A2: Sometimes, people accidentally create two accounts. Perhaps you signed up with your email the first time, and then accidentally used your Facebook the second time. When this happens, you'll need to contact us to merge your accounts.

A3: If you can't see your points, it could be because you're not logged in. Login here.

Where are my points displayed?

• Website - On the website you can find your points on the top-right, next to your profile picture.
• App - On the Latest Deals app, press the menu icon (three lines) and your points are displayed at the top.
