How to Overcome Insomnia?

Does anyone else have insomnia too?
Sometimes I just can’t seem to sleep at all, and get about 5 hours sleep but still feel fine, and when I sleep more than that then the next day I get all dizzy no idea why?!
Whilst most times I feel really tired and can sleep from 1am all the way to 8:30am
Any tips that can help me sleep well?

Yeah I have tried just having 3 hours of sleep and that was enough for me until at one point I got so exhausted and passed out during the night without me realising it haha
I’ve started using CBD high strength drops. They seem to help me drop off a little quicker.
Exercise is a good one in my opinion. I like a nap when I can and sleep when my body tells me
