Contact customer services with pictures asap and they should sort it from there. If it was from ebay just contact them and say it wasn’t in the condition it was sold as

As others have stated, first point of contact is customer services and go from there.

Contact customer service, where did you buy it from? The amount of items we've received this year damaged is ridiculous

Send It back. Take some pictures of the damage. Contact the Company where you bought It from. You are always covered no matter where you bought It from so dont worry you wont lose out.

If it was me I would see if I could fix the item first. Would then contact the seller or company.

Definitely take photos of all angles. Contact the company and ask for a refund (unless you want a replacement and trust them to send an intact product).

I've learned to email customer services before I buy something that is of a higher value and/or if there's a question as to the company's review scores.

My most-recent item that was delivered damaged was 4 days ago - 3 bowls and a side plate in a dinner set. I'd emailed customer service confirming that they had adequate stock, so was quick on taking photos as I unboxed and sent them an email immediately. The delivery driver confirmed drop off at 12:03, my email was sent at 12:05 or so. They were quick to send replacements.

Regardless, the law is on your side.
