Man Skips during High Tide with Winds over 100mph

Other

Heres a link of a man skiping during high tide with winds over 100mph. Absolutely selfish. The tide was high. We regularlyget the tide over the wall. We're used to it but we know not to go and stand wheres it coming over cos its not safe. The channel islands have some of the widest tidal ranges in the world 🌎. Those that live here for a while don't bat an eyelid to the tides here cos we are used to it.

What an absolute idiot, putting his own life at risk and potential the lives of others who would be called upon to try and rescue him. Why are some people so stupid?

Yes,I agree that this is stupid and thoughtless behaviour. It is also about the need some people have to show off. Years ago, 'show offs' were not highly thought of and at school nobody liked them.
