Moto E22 Android Phone

Husband has just bought new phone - Android moto E22 and trying to get acquainted. He is not used to a smartphone. I use iPhone 6s so very different as much older. The emoji pictures seem to not be the same selected from the keyboard and some like the thinking 
face shows opposite way to selection display. The top line seems to send to WhatsApp straight away. I can’t find suitable video for beginners either. Anyone got one and have any help/advice? Thank you.
Have you read the instruction manual if it came with one? If not, try the phone company's website or Google it. For more information, you may be able to download one in a pdf format. I hope this helps you a little bit
I bought a android tablet a month or so back and the thing was completely setup to be used by gestures. I had to look in the settings to find the option to return to 3 onscreen buttons that made it much easier for me to operate. Maybe its a bit like that, setup for too many gestures. Look for the classic 3 button option.
Tell him not to give up there good phones and it will take some getting use to he needs to play with it find out where everything is that's all there is a help from Moto in the settings
Yeah Motorola phones are not the easiest to use, I've had the pro 40 for nearly a year and still don't know how all the features work, gone are the days when you get a manual, there should be Moto apps that gives you a guide on how the phone works, with it being a budget smartphone I'm not sure of you get the same apps as mine
martinlufc5637 did you find the text message hard between sms and rcs my friend still gets confused about it
Leannexxx I very rarely use it, I use WhatsApp or Facebook messenger instead
