Onbuy

I've brought from them twice and both were positive experiences. Their customer support is really good

I have purchased from them once and panicked after paying from some of the reviews I had seen. I got the product and was happy with it, I personally had no issues. This was quite a few years ago

Never heard of this site but will check it out at some point. I guess test the waters with a cheaper purchase and see how that goes

Ive been buying from onbuy for a few years now and have never had any problems with them. I’ve had a mixture of things from toys to taps, shelving racks. Customer service is really good. I would definitely recommend them but if you see something you want put it in the search bar at the top because you can often find the same item cheaper

I had very bad experience with onbuy customer service with an obvious scam company selling products at a very low price and not supplying orders. Amazingly onbuy sided with the seller. It didn't matter though as I bought using paypal and they refunded me without issue when I provided the evidence of their adverts and what was sent to me which was just random cheap items to show they sent something. I've since bought other items through onbuy from other sellers without issue.

Made an account there but never really bought anything as I ended up finding better prices elsewhere.
