Anyone else having trouble? I haven't been able to open app for days. Not sure who to complain to either, probably won't get my 10 receipts in this month
I’m not having any issues with the app. I’ve looked at the help section and it says you can use the Contact section in the normal Amazon app for assistance.
Mines working OK. Have you tried uninstalling the app and then downloading it again, I have another receipt app which I have to reinstall every once in a while as it seems to glitch.
Not had any issues. I usually upload at the beginning of the month to qualify for the reward straight away
For me its been working better than normal . This month I seem to have had surveys atleast 2-3 days a week and have earned almost as much in surveys as I will in receipts *10.I would certainly click on the contact option or maybe tweet AmazonHelp .
Mine isn't working either. Although I have ad verification turned on it has not given me money for 3 months. Also other apps on my phone and receing emails on my email is messed up since installing it
I don't get the part where I can upload receipts but last month I didn't get any surveys at all
I can't say i've had any problems with mine but if you've uninstalled etc and it's still playing up just touch base with them.
I haven’t had any problems although one time it says I earned £2 in adverts but it suddenly disappeared a few days later at the start of the new month
kitty88uk I can't do adverts as phone too old but usually the money you earn is paid at beginning of month straight into Amazon account
I did sign up but never received anything, will have to give it a go again. Hopefully you get it sorted
