Is the Problem My Phone or Network
Ask a Question
My very old phone keeps losing network. I know my phone has issues it getting replaced soon. Not sure if the network is at fault in this case. I'm with smarty which runs on the 3 network
I found out there was problem with the network so no more problems
It might be your signal In where you live. Whatever network I go with I suffer the same problems as I have buildings In front of me and behind me. Tall buildings now. It cant be your phone as that Is Impossible.
Imnotcheap have you not got one that you can put your SIM in for a hour or something? Because if it is your sim might be hard getting it sorted over Christmas
You can check what the signal is like in your area. If it’s supposed to be good then probably could be your phone
jms19 I've messaged them bot was no help waiting for a person to get back to me. I'm dropping network where it usually works
When this sort of thing happens to me my grandkids always say REBOOT! Try turning off for 3 minutes and then back on.
Lynibis with it getting old I turn it off every night so it's got charge in morning
Imnotcheap oh well, these kids don't know everything then. Glad you haven't too long to wait until Christmas.
I didn’t realise how bad the 3 signal is here until I changed provider. I just accepted 3 but Vodafone signal is so much better.
Pjran usually not bad here but lost signal again this morning, might have to look for new family deal. We currently pay £6.30 each for 8gb
Imnotcheap im now with Lebara. There’s often an offer with first 6 months almost free.
Pjran Things should improve abit after the work has been done after the merger. www.vodafone.co.uk/newscentre/press-release/merger-of-vf-uk-three-uk-to-create-one-of-europes-leading-5g-networks/
RWG mobile are still doing 24 months of 2GB data, 250 mins and 250 texts for £35 one off price which is £1.46 per month and no need to keep changing every 3 or 6 months like on other deals you are set for 2 years. It's enough for me anyway as I use wifi where possible.
Down Detector says that there has been a problem with certain networks like Three. www.thesun.co.uk/money/24914467/three-down-mobile-network-service-status-updates/
RichardDoolin strangely that's good news will have to watch development's though see if we need to switch
