What Are You Reading at the Moment?

I have just finished reading 'Lockdown' by Peter May which I found fascinating and very atmospheric and evocative of lockdown in the UK.I am now about to start 'The Night Gate' by the same author which I am looking forward to.
Pfs Ha, ha, ha, the poor man's The S** newspaper and more expensive than it for very, very little pages. I read it for free in the supermarkets, WHSmith and some newsagents while waiting to be served. I use the public library to borrow various books, I wouldn't dream of buying a book to read it only once.
I am reading Loki's Deceit by Donovan Cook, which as you may guess is a Viking saga. I am on book two but to be honest the writing is not too good though the story isn't too bad. Trouble is I get through books so quickly and my favourite authors have none out that I haven't read, sometimes 2 or 3 times.
I haven't read anything for a long time, but bought books that I fancied. They remain without a page being turned and now my eyesight is too poor to read
I never find the time to read. I love reading but just have too much to do. I always make time to read to my son but never for myself.
I haven't read a book in years, last one I read was, A scence of freedom, about Scottish criminal Jimmy Boyle
I didn't actually buy the book I have just read.It was passed on to me by friends who had it passed on to them!
