Study Reveals Grapes Can Improve Your Eyesight, Are You a Fan of the Vine ?

Ask a Question

Everyone loves a grape now and again

And they are the first choice to take someone in hospital

But now scientists are telling us grapes are good for improving the eyesight , especially in older people if eaten regularly

Not only this, but they have already found that red grapes have anti ageing properties

I like grapes myself, especially red grapes for some reason, but i will be eating more white also

At least with improved vision i would be able to read the labels in the supermarket when buying them

We both love grapes but Mr T has to be careful not to eat too many with the diabetes! Of course, we both prefer them bottled 😆🤣🍾

This is good to hear. I do like grapes but do find them overpriced. I did have a grapevine a few ago and managed to grow a small variety. My mum freezes her grapes but I dont like them like that, ewww.

telmel I'm long sighted so fine 99.9% of the time but nowadays if I'm doing something very close up like soldering I need reading glasses. Also fine small print where I have to bring it up close. However for normal reading distance I don't need reading glasses.

telmel l hope this is true, l love grapes so with the benefit of better sight I'm going to start eating them. I need one pair of glasses to read my texts and prices & dates in shops (why is that print so small) and a different pair for watching TV as it's all fuzzy, oh it's so great getting old....😫
