Hi guys im trying set up the what's app following the link but im getting this error

The web page at whatsapp://send?phone=4915792456134&text=%E2%9A%A0%EF%B8%8F%20Save%20my%20number%20to%20your%20contacts!%20Then%20send%20this%20message%20to%20start. could not be loaded because:
net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME
