"Can You Legally Claim for a Wedgie Injury?"

There are many people that claim for personal injury, people in cars , tripping over paving slabs , defective electrical items etc
But this is the first time i have seen anyone claim for injuries due to getting a 'wedgie'
Saying that it is the US, the land of the personal injury claim
How can a 'wedgie' be the fault of the theme park owners ?
It is the clothes she chose to wear not the fault of the waterslide, otherwise there would be thousands of claims from the millions that use it every year
She claims that her injuries were so severe blood was gushing from her lower regions, hmmmm !!
Her lawyers are also saying a wedgie causes more harm to a female than to a male,
I would strongly dispute that having experienced being stuck on a water slide myself , i never dreamed of claiming despite my trunks practically decapitating the crown jewels , its par of the course, or slide in this case
And as for warning notices, how many do they need to display make people aware of every possibility ?
One would suffice, 'you use this slide at your own risk'

It's that the parents of a girl burnt her mouth eating a chicken nuggets from McDonald's and sued them because it was to hot???? Seriously any parent would check first that it was cooled down enough but ohhh no this moron didn't and got a pay out
Leannexxx I saw the same once when a woman spilt McDonald's coffee on her lap saying it was too hot and there were not enough warnings on the drink , she also got a pay out, $640,000, madness
It’s just a cash grab but pretty stupid, surely we all know the “risks” when going on water slides.
it's always someone else's fault 
Nothing surprises me when it comes to making legal claims in America. They will claim for anything.
