Woman Lived above a 1,000 Yr Old Tree for 2 Yrs to save It (Tree Jokes welcome)

In the News

After we had the recent episode of the sycamore tree, which stood in a dip along Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland for 300 years and was cut down by vandals, i found this fascinating story of a woman who lived on the top of a 1,000 year old redwood tree from 1997 to 1999 in order to save it from being cut down by a lumber company

That was amazing in itself, but the reason she decided to do this was all because of a near fatal car accident that changed her priotities in life

How she managed to stay up there for two years without coming down is beyond me , there is also a short video of this below

Pfs Nice one P, I would certainly take a 'leaf' from her book, or call the 'special branch' to sort her out 😊
