Thank you for reminding me that i have lost my membership cards, and have been able to order replacements now.
Member prices are always worth a look, thanks for the reminder, will probably pop in after work tomorrow
I went down to my local co-op yesterday for their freezer favourites. No Internet in store so it was cash only and no discount for members
Bluemoon1960 I went in yesterday and bought some milk, I had a 20p off as one of my weekly offers which should have combined with the 15p off for just being a member but it didn't. I've had this a few times now. Sadly Coop doesn't reliably implement its offers. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. This is frustrating especially as these issues have been happening long term. Like many convenience stores if you go in at the right time you can get some excellent short life discounts though.
Only visit the local Co-op if I'm desperate to be honest, but have found decent discount at times, so it's worth being a member for those times. Thanks for the reminder and sharing this.
I have had so many good deals from using my Co-op membership. Not every week, so in conjunction with their member offers, the store reductions work out amazingly cheap.
Once you have the app, there are extra discounts just for you.
You get to pick 2 from a selection... I wait until I've put stuff in my basket then match that to the discount options.
I regularly get a decent discount off 4pt of milk, bread/pastries, fresh fruit and veg.
The recent £5 for 2 pizzas and Ben & Jerry's was great... especially as the £4.99 free movie was supplied as an Amazon gift card so could be spent on anything you liked!
Best thing I ever did was joining the co-op membership, Great savings and offers every week, thank you for the post.
samoflondon Yes, Farmfoods not too far and has very good prices. I love going there.
samoflondon After reading comments I believe coop prices are much higher than other stores.
I only buy reduced to clear from them as prices too high. But still able to get further discount after scanning the co-op card from my Google wallet
I don't go to cos op often as I find them to be considerably more expensive than other supermarkets however will occasionally go in if it's really needed. The member prices do help a little.
