Get Too Good To Go Bags Worth at Least £10 for £3.30 at Aldi
Aldi have partnered with Too Good To Go and are now offering food bags across their stores to help reduce food waste. These 'Magic Bags' will contain a variety of grocery items coming up to their or use-by dates at a reduced price. One bag will contain at least £10 worth of food and you'll pay just £3.30.
To grab a Magic Bag, you can download the Too Good To Go app and search for you nearest Aldi to reserve a bag. You can then collect it in store at a provided time. To read more information about Aldi's partnership, you can click here.
Your selection of grocery products may include fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, dairy, cakes, pastries and snacks. The contents of your Magic Bag are a surprise as they will be full of stock available on the day, so they will differ on a daily basis.
Thank you! I will share this with fellow Deal Hunters on our Food group – ldeals.uk/cooking
Thanks for sharing sophiereddy love it that Aldi have decided to join Too Good To Go, a mixture of daily essentials at a reduced price is a great deal
CrazyBrains That's a shame it's not on the app yet, although Aldi have said it will be available at all their stores so hopefully it will be added soon www.aldipresscentre.co.uk/business-news/aldi-launches-too-good-to-go-partnership-across-all-uk-stores/
HelenKnight totally disagree, as we are pensioners, we like most folks, are counting the pennies, and these bags contain really good wholesome fresh food.....maybe you should be looking for the Kentucky one, or Maccy D's, and I've never had a bag with fish chicken and salad, I definitely wouldn't be moaning over healthy food!! Oops, that's right, they're not allowed to put alcohol in the Too Good To Go bags, maybe you're not shopping for the same reason most of us are!!!
Thanks for sharing this brilliant deal from Aldi.....Too Good to Go are an excellent company with loads of different companies getting involved with doing these.....We get these deals 4 times a month.....We have a Gregg's, which is £2.29 and we always get approx £17 worth, Morrisons which is £3.99 for approx £14 worth, Co-op £3.99 which is roughly £16, and then M & S, £3.49 or £4.49, worth £18 or £22 (this is the one everyone goes for, so feel lucky if we get one).....free to sign up, no commitments, just pay by card when choosing which shop you like......Enjoy !!
Bonnylass3 Thank you for this helpful comment. We've added some bonus points to your account as a thanks
Bonnylass3 never seen M&S. All we have is greggs, cafe Nero, auntie annies and Tim hortons
Shame this does not work for PC's....... And excludes the elderly, many who do not have access to the relevant technology....
I have ordered several times from this app but wasn’t happy. This time I will definitely try ordering from Aldi grab bags
saani There's no option for specific items in Aldi, however Too Good To Go do have vegetarian and vegan bags for some stores such as Barburrito and Bagel Factory. So it could be something for Aldi to introduce at a later date.
This is a fantastic idea getting Aldi one of the big supermarkets chains to join To Good To Go. Hopefully, other supermarkets will join to help food going to waste . Thank you for sharing
Thanks as always Sophie for sharing a phenomenal deal. I'm a regular user of to good to go and ollio.
This is a very good app. I work in London Bridge so have to be quick onnthe draw, but often can organise a late lunch and give out food to folks who are struggle all for just over £3. Always worth reading the reviews for individual shops and of course you get what you're given. If they are a shop that does meats, fish, any other such things that might be your preference then avoid those shops and you should be fine.
sufi82 Thank you for your helpful comment! We've added some bonus points to your account to say thanks
sophiereddy thank you.
Apologies about the poor grammar and dodgy sentence structures. I saw the app listed and had to write something immediately as I've been using it a while, just didn't know how to post it here. Also turns out walking and typing isn't my thing
I do love this app but my local aldi isn't on it sob sob sob, hopefully they will join soon enough
sophiereddy what a brilliant thing for Aldi to do. I hope that Lidil and other supermarkets will do the same thing. Definitely worth checking out.
This is absolutely amazing going to check out my area hopefully they do it thanks for sharing
I have had some really good TGTG bags in the past - and also some shockers! Good to see Aldi getting on board at last.
Not tried this yet but going to register, being pensioners every little helps and for £3.30 for £10 of food you can’t go wrong Thank you for sharing this deal
