Ask a Question

On the Adidas web site,£170 and they look used to me,crazy price, just my opinion

maybe a fashion statement but think they look better when trainers are clean when new.

The trainer's look really manky looking. No way would I pay £170 for them. I wouldn't wear them if they were free.

I wouldn't pay £170 for a pair of trainers. Whether they looked clean or not. That is just a ridiculous amount of money for a pair of trainers.

I'm sure this has been posted before about these trainers, a few months ago, I remember commenting on it

What's that all about, they look awful, I would never pay this amount of money and would want at least 4 pairs of shoes for £170.

Trainers come out of factories in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, China and many other low cost factories in Asia and cost only a couple of dollars, factory door price, often its just leather, plastic, glue, a bit of fabric, all very cheap materials. It's all about marketing, sponsorship and manipulating the minds of the more vulnerable consumers into paying such ridiculous sums. I don't think I've paid more than £25 for trainers ever and one of the worst quality pairs of trainers I bought was Nike, very weak and light construction.

Who did they belong to, King Charles? No obviously I wouldn't pay £170 for a pair of old dirty trainers regardless of who they belonged to or the brand. This looks like someone who has been badgered to sell something by their mum or spouse but really doesn't want to sell them lol

Very risky buying second hand, you might be needing a trip to boots for verucca or athletes foot cream after wearing them 🤢

I personally wouldn't pay that much for any pair of trainers but it's each to there own, some people buy them as investments for the future
