Are We Allowed to Share Our Twitter Usernames?

Hi, not sure if this is allowed but are we allowed to share our Twitter handle please? It's so we can tag people in competitions in etc and also to follow. If not, it's ok. Thanks 
I never read anything here being against the rules. Though, I've been cleaning up my Twitter account before I deactivate it cause I'm just tired of the drama there and social media tend to program people to react a way they don't realize.
I am not sure i have added my handle a few times if needed to tag a friend @realroche if needed
@Imthecatwhisper - this is my comp and freebie twitter, so very little actual posts for me, just me retwitting comps.
ShellyAnn I'm the same I did use Twitter a long time ago then turned it into a comp account, I personally don't find Twitter useful I prefer facebook.
I enter alot of UK comps on a weekly basis so feel free to use all the ones I find.. hope you have more luck than me mines awful

I made a new Twitter account, a few weeks ago and have got into it this time. I do prefer Facebook though, least I can work that properly! Thanks guys

I just realised its a Facebook and instagram competition and not on twitter 
Nevertheless my instagram handle is this same.
