We are having a big family get together and thought a selection of board games would help to entertain, but which ones should we buy? Mainly adults and a few kids...

Articulate. Speak out. Exploding kittens( card game but very fun if the kids are over 7 or 8).

Over Christmas I played Boggle for the first time and it was very good, especially for children to encourage them in words and spelling. Trying to get one but they seem to be like gold dust. One of them on Amazon was £73!

Have an old fashioned beetle drive, you only need one dice paper and pencils .

I have always liked playing Ludo as family gathering. Chess is something I would like to try more often As my son enjoys it but i havnt got the hang of it yet. Dominoes is also fun board game

Perudo, rapidough, articulate, pass the bomb and not strictly a board game but twister for the kids and whoever else is game. Quieter games scrabble, boggle, domino's and rummikub.
