Other

I've just finished shopping for my dogs and budgies the dogs have a stocking I had to make the budgies stocking because I could not find any. And it's my buddies 1st birthday on Christmas day. As well. I made a large stocking for my horse . It Will have carrots, apples. Mints and a few treats. All so Eddie the goose has a stocking has well. With a few treats. I wanted to get him a lady friend but has yet can't get one. But all being well he might have one in the new year fingers cross. What do you do for your pets. At Christmas time. 🎅🤶🎅🤶🎄🎄 .

I must admit I am not a pet owner and although I understand they love their pets i can't get my head around present buying for them. Like they know what day it is. Guy on this morning with a huge fat dog trying to make excuses for overfeeding her, that should be priority, he was making me really cross with his excuses as the poor animal could hardly breathe.

nicolajaynehend i do understand as both my son's have dogs but personally I prefer humans to animals. However, I do know that people love their pets dearly and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, I love the idea of a dog but not the practicalities.

We do - we've not really done christmas the last few years (long story) but it makes the kids smile to get the cats bits, I think my daughter likes that maybe even more than her own gifts.

nicolajaynehend Wow, they had a good run! My three are 4 years, 3 years and 7 months. They drive me round the bend most days but I'd not be without them.

SuzJ bet it's fun games with the 7 mouth. If you got a Christmas tree up you will have to watch it. Mine use to go to sleep in the tree. And because of there Wight they knock it over. But the still went back.🎅

We always buy our guinea pigs something for Christmas. They're our family (we don't have children) so it feels sad not to get them anything :-) I'm a bit of a softie as I also get my mum-in-laws cat something too (she may not be our cat but we always look after her quite a few times a year so she's like a surrogate cat lol).

I use to have guinea pigs. I miss not having them they were kept in doors. And summer months they went out. But they never stay out. How many do you have. I use to love it when they were taking to each other. 🎅

nicolajaynehend Awwww, guinea pigs ftw! We currently have 2. We did have 5 (all rescues) at one point but mixture of old age and illness has left us with 2. Like yours were, they're indoor pigs (their home is our dining room and our dining table is in the lounge!) :-) They do have time outside in the garden when the weathers nice. And yes, they do like to make their voices heard! Image

StormwindGuard oh how cute are these two. The mixed colour one reminds me of petal but only thing is mine was long hair. Had to brush every day. She would go to sleep in your lap she loved to be brushed. You don't see many all white guinea pigs. I am on the look out for two.more. But not to replace the ones i lost. These look like baby's. They are not camera shy. My guinea pigs lived to be 11 years old. But like you they were rescued. I miss there talking this time I would like to have ,baby guinea pigs. Thank you every so much in sharing this lovely photo of your two lovely guinea pigs. It has made my day. Once again thank you. 🎅🤶
