Yes I do, mainly for myself while I buy brand new for granddaughter. I also buy and sell things on Vinted. It’s much easier site than ebay cos it’s much easier site to upload stuff to. I’ve got some great bargains like brand new clothes etc but at same time I’ve also sold some new stuff. It’s just matter of having good look about and watching items

Leannexxx if you are worried about catching Covid 19 from clothes then the chances of doing so are so tiny you shouldn’t worry. If you are worried then wash the clothes first, that will get rid of just about anything.

I buy the majority of my clothes from Ebay and if they don't fit or aren't as expected then I re sell them for someone else. Sometimes I break even, also if I get fed up with them after a while then I know I can recoup some cash. I hate using shops so Ebay and Amazon are my lifeline.

I have always bought some of my clothes 2nd hand - it's possible to get some really bargains if you shop wisely. I also donate a lot of clothes (and other things) to charity shops.

I lost nearly 6 stone over the last 2 years (if anyone wants to know I followed a strict low carb diet). Sadly, of course, none of my clothes fitted me, I went from a size 22/24 to a 14. I gave my wardrobe to charity and had to buy myself a new one. Thank heavens for eBay and charity shops, I got some amazing bargains, especially eBay. Loads of M & S clothes never worn with original labels attached. We live in an affluent area and I got a few designer pieces from charity shops and a beautiful hardly worn Windsmoor jacket in merino and cashmere - I can’t imagine how much that would have cost new

Absolutely. Best buys Ralph Lauren jeans. Tommy Hilfiger cardigan, Puma sweatshirt etc. Environmentally friendly but a fun game for best labels as well...

I love shopping at charity shops, you never know what you might find. I bought a Karen Millen dress last week for £6; more than I'd normally pay but I've had loads of compliments when I wore it.

Not only can it save money, buying second hand has a big environmental benefit.

I don’t buy second hand often as I tend to only shop certain places and usually know exactly what I’m looking for, browsing a range of clothes in a range of styles etc doesn’t appeal to me, although I think Vinted and Depop etc are helping tackle this and make buying second more widespread.

Yep. And I get it when the prices are low, but obviously selecting the good stuff - you have to rifle and through lots of rubbish before you find a gem

Yes, I live in jeans and the ones I really like are usually £18 plus per pair. I found really good ones in charity shops priced between £1-£3 and even better branded ones than what I usually wear. I don't think I have bought brand new jeans in over a year and I go through quite a few pair.

I personally don't, as when I was a kid we were poor, and I didn't have a choice. However my son does, it doesn't have the same stigma as when I need growing up and it's better for the environment.

But I do give clothes to charity.

Yes all the time, had some great finds in charity shops over the years, but I find some charity shops are getting quite pricey, found a lovely dress a few weeks ago but they wanted £45 and another £30 for hatching shoes, it was some designer or another, sod that, couldn't care less about the name. Vinted is also good for second hand stuff
