Where Can I Buy a Suit?
Ask a Question
My 25 year is going to a funeral next week and needs a suit. He doesn’t want to spend too much but would like it more slim fit than regular. Can anyone recommend anywhere ? I have tried Asda and Matalan so far.
Primark might be best even if it's not a suit you can get the jacket and pants that look the same or could rent one but most of the time it's cheaper to buy new
Leannexxx Sorry forgot to mention, my son went their first and they did not have anything. I agree with the renting, cheaper to buy and hopefully this will be his suit for future weddings and funerals.
Tu Sainsburys, F&F Tesco, Peacocks, TKMaxx, Charity shops. M&S or Next are pricier but possible in sales. You could also try online marketplace, vinted, gumtree, etc. Or ask around if you can borrow one from friends and family.
I think having a black suit is always advisable cause it can be used for different formal occasions. Charity shops might also be another good place to look, some people donate brand new things
Could try Moss Bros sales suits ( www.moss.co.uk/sale/suits) or even Suit direct outlet
It would depend on his budget but Debenhams have some decent ones. If there is anything suitable it would be worth looking at Unlimited delivery option - unlimited next day deliveries £9.50 for 1 year.
You should try vinted, you can buy brand new clothing on there for a very reasonable price .
Thanks for everyone’s help, I have passed on the information to my son, but he doesn’t seem to be in any rush, typically lad. It will be panic at the last minute.
Just another to add to the list as there's a sale at the moment and that's John Lewis.
