Ask a Question

What cashback sites do you use? I'm new to it and don't want to use ones that are rubbish or scams

I use Topcashback when I remember. I’m sure there are some who might say tracking your spending gives too much information but I’ve nothing to hide.

I use topcashback and just started to use jam doughnut. I also use the amazon shopper rewards and shoppix. There are probably more but not discovered them yet. I'm the same as pjran Ive nothing to hide. I also see it as who wants to track me and my spending. There are more interesting people to track😂🙄🙈

As others mentions Topcash back. My only issue with that site is if you don’t join with a yearly subscription you don’t get your full cash back.

Top cashback is a genuine site and in most cases will pay your cashback. Bear in mind thou that cashback is not guaranteed and in some instances it is declined by the retailer , so do not buy on the basis that you will get the cashback, just look on it as a bonus if you do.

When joining any sites/app like this it is great if you can join via someone's referral or recommendation link, code or email. This will help them and yourself usually, you often get a free item or extra cash this way (sadly we aren't allowed to share referral links or codes here)

I compare with TopCashback and Quidco for main online purchases.

Easyfundraising if I want Cashback to go to my chosen charity.

and I like to check the Cashback apps of Shopmium, GreenJinn and CheckoutSmart before I go shopping, as you buy the products and then claim the cashback back by scanning your receipt, sometimes you can claim 100% of the item price back, so it is a nice opportunity for a free product to try.

Shopmium (can get a free product using a referral code. Claim your money back instantly, no minimum)

CheckoutSmart (I'd wait until I had £20 to return back to my account to withdraw the money back out, otherwise they take 5%)

GreenJinn (Claim your money back to your account once you've got £1.50 worth pending)

I use TopCashback now. Made nearly £2k with Quidco over the years, but nothing seems to track now, so I've given up on them

Quidco and TopCashBack - I always check both to see which is higher (usually TCB) and also keep an eye out for offers on both. TCB especially often have offers like £2 bonus when you spend £5+ on any retailer so I usually make use of that, you can even buy a gift card for Asda via TopGiftCards so essentially get a £5 Asda gift card for £3 (plus the few pence cash back). It’s a slow builder but if you remember to use cash back sites every time you buy something online it all adds up.

I’d also add that TopCashBack does seem to have better/bigger payout options as well as usually having the better rate, so that’s my preferred one now.
