What Cat Litter Do You Use, and How Often Do You Change It ?

The cheapest which I think is about £2 for 10 kg. However my cat hates using the litter tray preferring to go outside so I don't use much of it at all. So he uses the giant litter tray next door also called my neighbours garden.

I use this one and change it at least once a week, my cat is both indoor outdoor cat, but always uses the catlitter tray a big bag lasts me a month x

We are having the exact same issue sadly catsan seems to be the only one that doesn’t smell quite so bad! But we have 3 indoor cats (due to a living near a very dangerous fast road which many cats have sadly been hit) so we get through so much catsan and it’s costing a fortune do let me know if you find anything else and thank you for sharing this post hopefully there will be a cheaper good alternative!

Only have 1 indoor cat but does go in back garden aswell no further we buy Lidls own and change every 2days we tried catsan and a few others but she was refusing to go anywhere near it

My cat is an indoor cat We use waitrose cat litter approx ,£2 for 10kg bag change it 1_2 times a week

Tried pellets once which were good and didn't get the same mess as when cat flicks them outta the tray ( forever hoovering) but they were expensive

Felight is good, it is only a couple of pounds cheaper but is the same quality as Catsan; I use half and half to fill a tray and it can last 10 to 12 days before needing to change. I have 3 indoor cats.

My cat thankfully meows when it wants to go out so never use it. Although I did leave the cat in one day last week for 8 hours and found a wet patch on the mat in the kitchen when I came back. At least she went on the washable mat in the kitchen rather than the carpet or bed! My fault though, I forgot she was in.

I use this though it seems to have doubled in price! Used to just do a full change every other day but started poo picking daily and a full change when it’s all sawdust. I don’t find it smells.
