Cats vs Dogs

I like them both but prefer owning cats because they are less maintenance. Or is it cats that own us?

I have a cat. He is 21 years old now so he is an oldie lol. Well i say have a cat....but i think it's actually him that owns me. I mean he did wake me up at 3 am this morning sitting on my head and bopping my nose so i would wake up to feed him. I also have several feral cats that live at the bottom of my garden and occupy a shed down there. I foster cats for cats protection as well. So yeah...just call me the crazy cat lady.

Dog, mans best friend!

Has to be cats for me. I'm scared of dogs. I have one cat and one cat that comes to visit me everyday. My parents just lost their cat at Xmas due to kidney failure. Dad wants to get 2 kittens but I don't think mum is ready yet. I'm looking forward to 2 new kitties to play with.

I've kept both together in the past without any problems and although I would love a dog now, I am slave to 7 cats and reckon they would bully a dog. One of them was rescued as he was beating up huskies on a daily basis, so I don't think a dog would stand a chance

I have 3 beagles so definately a dog kind of person. I have to admit cats give me the shivers I find them a bit spooky !!!!

I am allergic to all 2 of them...so can not have them.

But cats are not loyal to people they loyal to house....so can not be compare them with dogs.

Dogs are all the way for me! Although I quite like them both
